Robert McKinley "Ken" Taylor Jr.

June 14, 1944 - March 15, 2022

Mr. Robert McKinley "Ken" Taylor, Jr., age 77 of Douglas, GA, passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 15, 2022 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a short illness. Mr. Taylor was born June 14, 1944 to the late Robert McKinley Taylor, Sr. and the late Gussie Southerland Taylor. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ed H. Taylor and a sister, Linda Gail Taylor Foster. Mr. Taylor, a native of Waycross, GA, was a real estate developer. He was also a veteran of the United States Army. Survivors include: 1 Brother: Denny Taylor of Waycross, GA A special niece: Hailey Taylor of Broxton, GA along with several other nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. The memorial service will be held Friday morning at 11:00 AM at Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Jordan officiating. The inurnment will follow at a later date. Memorialization is by cremation. Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
