Ms. Beverly Carter Harper, age 56 of Douglas, GA, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019 at her residence following a short illness. Ms. Harper was born June 18, 1963 to Howard Carter, Sr. and Lurlyne Sapp McDuffie. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Brandi N. Harper and a grandchild, Lucien Harper. Ms. Carter, a native of Douglas, GA, had been employed with Tender Care as a LPN working in home health care. Survivors include: Her father: Howard Carter, Sr. of Alma, GA Her Mother: Lurlyne Sapp McDuffie of Broxton, GA 2 Sisters: Connie T. Carter of Broxton, GA Annelle C. Stanfield of Douglas, GA 1 Brother: Howard Carter, Jr. and wife Debbie of Douglas, GA 3 Grandchildren: Mallory Cribb of Willacoochee, GA Keagan Litner and Harper Litner both of Washington, DC Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends A memorial service and inurnment will be held at a later date. Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
