Paul Musgrove

Mr. Paul Musgrove, age 79 of West Green, passed away Saturday afternoon, January 30, 2021 at Regency Select Medical of Macon following a short illness. Mr. Musgrove was born June 21, 1941 to the late Raymond Musgrove and the late Ethel Carter Musgrove. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Jerry Musgrove, 1 Sister: Latrelle Lott, 1 Nephew: Carlton Musgrove, Jr. and 1 Niece, Sian Musgrove. Mr. Musgrove, a native of Coffee County, had worked for the Georgia State Forest Rangers for 34 Years and then he was employed as a Truck Driver for 10 Years. He was a member of Burkett Baptist Church where he served on the cemetery committee. He was also a member of the Masons. Survivors include: His Wife: Alice Persall Musgrove of West Green, GA 4 Sons: Paul E. Musgrove and wife Mary Lynn of Douglas, GA Bobby Musgrove and wife Sandy of Douglas, GA Lee Musgrove and wife Leslie of Lake Park, GA Scott Watson and wife Rhonda of Warwick, GA 6 Siblings: Irma Lou Spell, Floyd Musgrove and wife Shirley, and Bill Musgrove and wife Lou Annie all of Nicholls, GA Willis Musgrove and wife Becky of Douglas, GA Carlton Musgrove of Cullman, AL Wanda Gail Beecher and husband Steve of Ambrose, GA 18 Grandchildren and 38 Great Grand Children Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many friends The funeral service will be Wednesday morning, February 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Burkett Baptist Church with Rev. Joseph Lee and Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiating. The interment will follow in Burkett Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Tuesday evening, February 2, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Ricketson Funeral Home. Active Pallbearers for the service will be: Jordan Watson, Will Musgrove, Winston Musgrove, Brandon Musgrove, Robert Musgrove, Jacob Musgrove, Chase Musgrove and Jarrett Musgrove. Musical Selections will be provided by Glynn and Janie Vaughn. Please note: Due to COVID-19 attendees are asked to observe six foot social distancing at the visitation, funeral service and interment. Please wear your mask for safety precautions and in accordance with CDC guidelines. Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
